Muncy Industries hosted its 5th annual Crawfish boil at its Broussard, Louisiana location near Lafayette, Louisiana on April 15, 2016. Muncy took off their manufacturers’ hats and put on their Cajun chef hats as they boiled about 500 pounds of crawfish for its customers.
Great Attendance
This year we had a great turnout, which included customers and industry friends from Oregon, Illinois, Missouri, Ontario Canada and Houston Texas, among other cities and states. And, of course our local customers didn’t have to come very far to the boil. For those that never at crawfish, it was quite an experience. For those who love crawfish, it was quite an experience.

As a domestic manufacturer we specified that all crawfish were MADE IN USA in the finest Louisiana mud that we could find. Then the crawfish were purged and boiled in a closely guarded, proprietary recipe of our seasoning and spices. All cooking was at our facility in the USA. Dunk Booth.
Unlike past years, we showcased a dunk booth, where customers and Muncy staff braved attendees’ fastballs. All were ultimately dunked: several times. It goes to show that wire rope is fun, especially when you add beer, crawfish, dunk booths and friends.
