Swager Die Adapters

Muncy makes swaging dies for most hydraulic swager brands and sizes in the wire rope industry, including small 30 ton swagers, 60 ton, 100 ton, 200 ton, 500 ton, 800 ton, 1000 ton,1500 ton and 3000 ton. Let us know of a larger or smaller size die and we can meet your needs! We have been meeting national needs around the country with our propriety tool steel and processes to further harden the dies for longer service life.

Many swagers use different size die block sizes. Muncy's adapters allow you to buy a new swager and use our adapters to fit and use the die blocks you already have from your other swagers. You insert our adapter into the swager opening and you fit your dies inside our adapters. Some manufacturers use very large, expensive die blocks. Using smaller die blocks that can handle the tonnage can save money and allow you to use the dies you have.
