Grommet Sleeves are recommended for use with 6 x 19 or 6 x 37 EIP wire rope. Grommet Sleeves are not intended to hold the breaking strength of the attached wire rope. See section 4 of the Wire Rope Sling User’s Manual, Third Edition for references. Testing is recommended.Proper swaging practices are the sling manufacturer’s responsibility.
